CLASS V TOWER IN SI AYUTTHAYA ROAD, BANGKOK
Structural Strength Test for 2 building was Tower A and B , these building designed for 40 storey but there are 12 storey finished constructed in building A and there are 33 storey finished constructed in building B. The Structural Strength Test of these building in order to obtain the certification report of existing building structure after stop construction whether viable for further construction.


Rajamangala National Studium Authority of Thailand
Ten Consultants Co., Ltd. in association with Building Audit Co., Ltd. were appointed by Sport Authority of Thailand (SAT), to conducted the Structural Engineering Aspects and Architectural of the building in order to improvement and repair planning. Building are reinforced concrete building and were builded over a decade.


Structural load testing of the Nestle Building.
Nestle’ (Thailand) Ltd. has an objective to use the non-operating factory in Navanakorn Industrial Estate as Raw material warehouse stock yard. The intention is to move the existing Raw material warehouse from Rama III Road to the vacant space which closer to the production plant in the Navanakorn area.

SUMMIT WINDMILL GOLF COURSE HOTEL, Bangna Trad Km 12 Samutprakarn
Summit Windmill Golf Course has planned to modify an unfinished 9 storey 5 tower building which were designed to be service apartment to turn into 5 star hotel. With this assignment, the requirement of the Static Load Capacity Test of the unfinished constructed building need to be conducted conform for the modification of the existing structure before continue construction.


Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR)
TEN has conducted the In-Situ Strength of Material test and compiled the data obtained in the calculation of the structure. Only the area that has changed the load of the 7.5 tons chamber is about 35 square meters. TEN has analyzed the stability of the structure to see if it is capable of carrying additional load or not.
